2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product was purchased directly from Smylux.
  • The return request is made within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging, tags, accessories, and manuals.
  • The product is not a custom-made or personalized item unless it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is provided.

If the return is requested for customer-related reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Ordering the wrong size or color
  • Change of mind
  • Providing an incorrect shipping address
  • No longer wanting the item

the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping costs. Smylux does not provide prepaid return labels for these types of returns.

We do not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item received

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Issue a full refund.

If a return is required, Smylux will provide a prepaid return shipping label for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

4. How to Return an Item

To start a return:

  • Contact our customer support team by email or phone.
  • Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  • Follow the return instructions provided by our support team, including the approved return address.
  • Package the item securely and ship it using a trackable shipping service. We recommend retaining your tracking information until your return has been processed.

Please Note: Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

5. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.

For eligible returns that are not due to product defects or shipping errors, customers will receive a full refund of the purchase price once the returned item has been received and inspected. Customers remain responsible for return shipping costs in these situations.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must instead follow our standard return process after delivery.

8. Exchanges

At this time, Smylux does not offer direct product exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return your eligible product for a refund and place a new order.
