1. Shipping Coverage & Costs
We currently ship only within the United States.

All US orders receive Free Priority Shipping. There are no shipping fees, handling charges, or hidden costs.

2. Order Cut-Off Time
Daily order cut-off time: 2:00 PM (US Eastern Time)

Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a business day begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on Sundays, or on US federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and US federal holidays.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Dispatch means the order has been packed and handed over to the shipping carrier.

You will receive:

An order confirmation email after placing your order. A shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including your tracking details.

4. Delivery Timeframe
Processing & Dispatch Time: 1–2 business days
Shipping Transit Time: 5–7 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons or high order volumes, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping Carriers

UPS — Standard Ground Delivery — 5–7 business days — Tracking available
FedEx — Standard Ground Delivery — 5–7 business days — Tracking available

Carrier selection depends on your destination and parcel size.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link. Please allow up to 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

You will receive:

A shipping confirmation email
A tracking number
An estimated delivery date

If you experience any issues with tracking your order, our support team is happy to assist.

7. Failed or Missed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may attempt redelivery, leave a delivery notice, or hold the parcel at a local facility for a limited period.

Orders returned to us due to a failed delivery can be reshipped. Please note that reshipment may extend the overall delivery timeframe. We are happy to arrange redelivery at no extra cost. If the package has already been returned to our facility, a reshipping fee may apply based on the carrier's rates.

8. Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the expected or actual delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or issue a full refund where applicable.

9. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders are accepted only for US delivery addresses.
