Express Shipping
- Shipping Cost: $9.99
- Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Total Delivery Time: 4 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday)
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (Eastern Time) will be processed on the next business day to maintain efficiency and scheduling accuracy.

Change of Address

Parcels Damaged in Transit
If you receive a visibly damaged package or it appears tampered with:
At delivery: If possible, refuse the parcel and notify us immediately. We'll arrange a replacement or return where appropriate.
After delivery: If the damaged parcel was left at your address, take clear photos of the damage and contact us immediately at help@smylux.shop.
